North Bondi Italian

Bondi glorious Bondi.. always one of the first stops to take visitors coming to Sydney!
When in Bondi I have two fave spots to take visitors – Iceberg in South Bondi is great for its amazing views of this beautiful famous oz beach. But if you’re after good food in Bondi beach with great service & fun atmosphere then head to North Bondi Italian..

On a Saturday afternoon this place is packed with beautiful glamours Sydneysiders..
They offer a very interesting varied menu Italian classics with a modern twist.. split into FROMAGGI (cheese), ANTIPASTI, CARPACCIO, FRUTI DI MARE (seafood), CARNI (meat), INSALATA (salad), sections.. there are so many amazing dishes to chose from you’ll be spoilt for choice!

We started with a beautiful imported buffalo mozzarella from Compania, Butter Lettuce, grape tomatoes, lemon ($24) from the FROMAGGI menu.

Followed by a very refreshing ‘Not a Carpaccio’ Bruschetta, Raw Bonito yellow fin tuna, char-grilled sour dough, margoram, chilli ($24) from the ANTIPASTI menu.

For main, we shared a very tasty and spaghetti marinara, filled with prawns, mussles, octopus, vongole, cooked in a paper bag ($30)

Finally, perfectly cooked Chargrilled Sashimi Grade Yellow Fin tuna, green beans, shallots, mustard ($24)

The food is always extraordinary, the service at North Bondi is always impeccable, the views are beautiful, great ambience.. can’t beat this in such a perfect location in Bondi beach! 😉
